Port of Odesa Marks the 232nd Anniversary of Its Founding
A ceremony was held at the Odesa Branch of the State Enterprise «Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority» to mark the 232nd anniversary of Odesa Sea Port.
This year, the Port’s anniversary is a special one. The Odesa Branch, like the entire port industry, is going through challenging times. Yet despite all the difficulties, its team continues to work, support one another and believe in a better future.
Dmytro Nazarenko, Head of the Odesa Sea Port Authority, addressed his colleagues with words of gratitude:
— I sincerely thank everyone who remains at their post today and continues to do their job. People are the greatest strength of the Odesa Port. I believe in our team, in our Port, and in the good changes that lie ahead. We will stand strong and will certainly live to see new peaceful chapters in its history
In recognition of their dedicated work, professionalism and significant contribution to the development of the maritime industry, the Port’s best employees were presented with awards.
