INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT OF UKRAINE: REPRESENTATIVES OF THE WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME AND SE «USPA» DISCUSSED THE OPERATION OF ODESA SEA PORT IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR
Odesa Sea Port welcomed a delegation from the World Food Programme (WFP) in Ukraine. The visit took place within the framework of deepening cooperation and assess the current situation under the martial law.
During the meeting, representatives of the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority" familiarized international partners with the operation of Odesa Sea Port during the period of martial law, as well as with the functioning of the Ukrainian Maritime Corridor. Special attention was given to the importance of its stable operation in ensuring the uninterrupted export of Ukrainian products.

The meeting participants also discussed key challenges and issues arising in cargo handling under the conditions of russian military aggression. Additionally, the WFP delegation had the opportunity to witness firsthand the extent of damage to port infrastructure sustained by Odesa Sea Port as a result of armed attacks by russia.
The meeting took place in a constructive atmosphere. Both sides emphasized the importance of the further dialogue and partnership to strengthen international cooperation and ensure the uninterrupted functioning of maritime logistics.
