Odesa branch of SE “USPA” continues repair works to restore infrastructure
Repair works are ongoing at the Odesa branch of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” (USPA), aimed at the partial restoration of the port’s civil infrastructure damaged by missile strikes from the russian federation. The focus is primarily on administrative buildings and service facilities that house the branch’s departments.
With the efforts of the port’s construction and repair department, engineering communications are being restored, ceiling repairs and painting works are underway, and the facades of several buildings, damaged by adverse autumn and winter weather conditions, are being refreshed. In the near future, additional measures will be taken to restore window fillings in enclosing structures.
The Odesa Seaport Authority has also reached out to its stevedoring company partners, proposing a joint initiative to improve and maintain the port territory. Looking ahead, the creation of a permanent joint commission is planned to ensure ongoing oversight of order and maintenance. This initiative is expected to strengthen partnerships and enhance the efficiency of cooperation.
