Joint fire and tactical drills conducted at the Odesa Branch of the SE «USPA»
Practical tactical training exercises were held at the Odesa Branch of the SE «USPA», involving the regular guards of the firefighting team 1 and firefighting team 2 of the departmental fire service and the crews of the port fleet vessels.
The exercises were conducted in accordance with the 2025 fire and tactical training schedule and as part of the implementation of the Main Fire Safety Measures Plan for the 2025–2026 autumn-winter period.
During the drills, the practiced coordination in the event of a ship fire, the evacuation of people using life-saving devices, extinguishing a fire on a neighboring vessel, deploying hoses of various diameters, and operating manual nozzles with PS-368 fire pumps.
Conducting such exercises enhances the readiness and coordination of the units, contributing to the maintenance of a proper level of fire safety in the waters and facilities of the Odesa Sea Port.
