Oleksiy Kuleba introduced the new head of the SE "USPA"
Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction - Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine Oleksii Kuleba introduced the new head of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) - Oleksandr Semirha.
During the introduction of the new head, Oleksii Kuleba emphasized that the effective work of the SE «USPA» is of crucial importance not only for the economy, but also for the country's national security. In fact, seaports are one of the key elements of economic stability and development of Ukraine.
Among the main tasks for the new head are to ensure the stability and efficiency of the ports operation, develop infrastructure and introduce modern approaches to the management. In addition, one of the tasks is to ensure the transparency of the Authority work.
"Transparency and accountability are not just requirements, but key principles that ensure public trust and stability in the industry. We expect the new management to focus on the openness, the implementation of modern management standards, and the team strengthening so that the work of the Authority is understandable to everyone,” emphasized Oleksii Kuleba.
He also emphasized that strengthening the management team will help to increase the efficiency of the maritime industry and ensure its further development. This will contribute to the enhancement of the economy of Ukraine, improving its international positions, developing international trade as well as integrating into world markets.
